How do I validate or use my ticket?
When booking on the Heathrow Express you will no longer need to collect paper tickets at the station.
Travelling on Heathrow Express will be even easier and quicker, as all you need to do is board the train and go.
Your ticket details will be recorded in a barcode, which you can print from an email receipt. This code will then be scanned by the Heathrow Express staff on board the train.
Where do I join Heathrow Express at the Airport?
There are stations at Heathrow Airport, one serving Terminals 1, 2 & 3 and the other one Terminal 4 & 5. You can board the Heathrow Express at either station.
Which station does the Heathrow Express arrive into?
Heathrow Express arrives in London's Paddington Station.
What are the hours of operation?
The Heathrow Express trains run every 15 minutes.
